Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is one of the oldest medicine systems in the world, dating back to more than 2,000 years ago. The herbal medicine granules used by Sienmedicare⁺ are formulated from Traditional Chinese medicinal herbs. These herbs undergo a series of production processes including extraction, isolation, concentration, drying, granulation, and packaging to create a standardized, uniform-dosage, and uniformly quality-controlled medication.

The dispensary of ultrafine powder technology for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) prescription represents the latest advancement in chemical engineering.
Currently, particles with diameters smaller than 3μm are referred to as ultrafine powders. This technology, also known as cell-level micronization, is a purely physical process that reduces the median particle size of herbal/CM powders obtained through traditional grinding processes from around 75μm to below 5-10μm.

Cell wall crack spores technology increases the absorption rate of drugs and nutrients, enhancing their bioavailability. TCM powder that are processed through ultrafine technology disperses and dissolves better in gastrointestinal fluids; increasing the contact surface area with the gastrointestinal mucosa and facilitating better absorption, thus significantly improving bioavailability.
For mineral-based herbal materials, which are partly insoluble in water, ultrafine technology accelerates dissolution and absorption rates in the body by reducing particle size, thereby enhancing absorption.
